Last night, my oh-so-sweet insane (let’s just be honest here) daughter (M) was on the phone with her amazing grandmother, my mother-in-law.
She asked for her “Pop”, which is M speak for grandfather.

We went to the museum on Sunday.
She asked about the dinosaurs.
“Where did they come from”?
God created them, M.
“Where did they go”?
They died, M.
“How”?
A meteorite hit the earth, and wiped them out M.
“What’s a mediate”?
Meteorite. It’s a big rock, M.
“Why”?
God willed it so, M.
“Is that why they use puppets in Jurassic Park then?”
Yes, M. That’s why they used puppets in Jurassic Park.
I love seeing her figure something out for the first time.
I opened up this month’s Family Fun magazine (my favorite magazine ever, btw) and found the cutest foodie-kid-craft ever!
It was deviled eggs- made to look like little devils and baby chicks!
