My First Pancakes.

This morning I made my first pancakes.
No, I’m not kidding.
They all looked pretty good, except this one:
I’m not sure what happened there.
But the rest?
Looked and tasted pretty darn good.
Maybe I can do this afterall…
I mean, even miss picky was happy!
Sometimes I amaze even myself.
Now just think of all of the other things that you can do now that you have mastered the pancake. I have faith in you dear.

They look great. I have to make MINI pancakes. My family is a bunch of freaks and don’t like normal pancakes so they have to be little ones. I think they all look perfect…

My first ones off the pan always look like that. My husband actually likes those the best. I think it’s just that the pan is not the right heat yet.

I love making pancakes for my family. If you use Bisquick, there are some great variations on the back that make them taste even yummier!

Yumm!! I love pancakes! Call me crazy but I always throw the first one away because it always looks odd and cooked unevenly. Hubby thinks I’m coo-coo, but it’s so true!!
