If you have a kiddo like mine, you’ve probably noticed the new(ish) tv show on Nick Jr!~ Olivia. For those of you that don’t know (gasp!) who Olivia might be, she’s this (awesome) pig who is 6 3/4 (do NOT forget the 3/4) years old. Olivia is SUPER confident, and inspires children to use their imaginations to dream big. Olivia makes the mundane seem fun and new with every episode. It’s even fun for the grown-ups to watch (I hate to admit, I love her theme song and find myself singing it throughout the house).
What’s really great, is that Spin Master has come out with a line of Olivia toys for children 4 and up and parents when the kids are asleep at night.
First, they have the AMAZING (And yes, that is all in caps for a reason. This thing is sooo much fun to play with. And that’s not only M’s opinion) Olivia 2-in-1 Transforming Playset.
Olivia’s house turns into a pirate ship! I know. And it’s simple. And it’s sturdy. It really is an all-in-one because it comes with an Olivia figure (who is just too cute for words) 23 accessories and sticker sheet.
The sticker sheet is to decorate Olivia’s house with.
Not your walnut coffee table.
Please take note.
Then there is the 8″ Olivia Plush.
She’s got the most adorable striped tights and comes dressed to the nines as an artist, opera singer, cow or herself. We have the “herself” version, and her clothes do come off. My daughter loves to take them off and put them back on several times a day. It really helps with hand dexterity.

These toys really are perfect for those in preschool and on up. It’s amazing to see my daughter’s “wheels turning” in her head when she sits down to play with her Olivia dolls. Not only does she like to act out the tv show, but she also adds her own spin (and sometimes endings).
