Share the Table- with Barilla

AddComments

One thing that my family strives to do is share our time together at the dinner table. No matter what’s going on, we make it a point to take that time out of our busy lives to eat and share what happened during the day. It’s a great way to connect and teach our daughter that family is #1.

Barilla gets how important it is to have this special time with your family, and with their Share the Table program– they help in every way they can. They give great recipes and tips on how to keep communication open within your family.

Let’s face it. Not all of us were brought up in homes where dinner time at the table was the norm. I know several people in my generation were brought up eating in front of the TV.

But with the Share the Table program, you can learn how to get your family more involved in the dinner process- from grocery shopping to cleaning up after.

And my family and I are huge fans of Barilla pasta. My husband is Italian, so we eat a ton of pasta. But when he doesn’t have time to make it from scratch his go-to is Barilla pasta because it tastes so good.

On the Barilla site, you have access to a ton of yummy recipes as well. Our favorite pasta product to use in the recipes is the three cheese tortellini dinner for 2, which is done within 10 minutes! It’s delicious, and our family got 4 servings out of the bag (Barilla must think of portions on a whole different scale!).

What’s even better right now, is that if you share your story of Share the Table with Barilla’s Mealtime Moments Contest, you are entered to win a month’s worth of groceries for your family! A winner is chosen every week, so be sure to submit your story!

So be sure to download the recipes, check out the celebrity tips, try them out with your family and submit your story.

“I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Barilla and received products necessary to facilitate my candid review. But I used Barilla waaaay before Mom Central Contacted me. It’s that yummy.”
