Crock Pot- Pot Roast that’ll make your mouth water!
Here’s my recipe for a quick prep and easy crock pot roast. Trust me, if I can do this, so can you. And it’s mouth-watering yummy. Perfect for those days when you just don’t want to cook, but you want people to think you’ve been slaving over the stove all day. You’re welcome.
Ingredients:
1 can of low-sodium beef broth
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 of an envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 small bag of baby carrots
1 potato per person, chunked into bite sized pieces
1 beef roast, any kind, any size
salt and pepper to taste
Okay, so here’s the most simple roast you’ll ever make. It’s super yummy, and melts in your mouth!
Throw the chunked potatoes in first, then cover with the beef broth.
Salt and pepper the potatoes and broth.
Then salt and pepper both sides of the beef roast and place on top of the potatoes.
Coat the roast with the entire can of the celery soup, while it’s in the crock pot.
Next layer in the baby carrots, and cover them with the dry onion soup mix.
Cover, and set on low for 6 hours.
Serve to your family, and bathe in the compliments
Let me know if you try it!
