Oreck XL Platinum Pilot Cleaning system review and giveaway (valued at $599.95)-CLOSED

I call it the miracle worker.

God’s little gift.

When it was invented, the angels sang “ALLELUIA”.

Because this bad boy, can suck dried up Playdoh out of high-pile plush carpeting.

You read that right.

And all the moms just dropped their jaws to the floor!

Okay, so I’ve lived in my apartment/condo/townhouse (whatever you want to call it) for 5 years now, and since I have an Oreck Platinum Pilot Cleaning system, my carpets and drapes look brand new. Not to mention that it’s gotten out on the block- so the insects know to steer clear!

It’s got HEPA Filter vacuum bags- so it filters out 99.9% of dust and allergens. I’ve noticed a huge difference in our home, with less dust in and around our living room. Our carpet even looks brighter! It doesn’t blow any dust back into the air either.

It has a 360 degree glide system, and honestly when I first tried it out, I thought it was self-propelled. It literally glides along your carpet, and takes so much pressure off your back. With the 360-turn option, you’re not constantly turning or twisting your body either because with a slight turn of your wrist the vacuum moves in that direction. I was so impressed when I tried it! It turns on a dime!

The Oreck Platium Pilot also has a low profile- so it nearly lays flat to get under furniture. I can completely vacuum under my daughter’s twin sized bed without having to move it at all from the wall.

The controls are on the handle, so you don’t have to bend over to adjust the suction power setting or to turn it off or on. The handle has even earned the Arthritis Foundation Ease of Use Commendation. It’s a strain free- no squeeze handle! And since it only weighs 10 pounds, it’s light and easy to maneuver!

It even has a bright LED light in the front, just in case you might want to vacuum in the dark. I really like that feature for vacuuming in closets.

It’s even family friendly! The Oreck Platinum Pilot is so easy to use that my 4 year-old can and loves to vacuum- and she used to be terrified of them. I’ve also noticed that the handle is taller- so my husband can use the vacuum without bending over. It even has a 30 foot cord– so you’re not going to have to constantly move the plug around while vacuuming, saving you time and back pain.

The Oreck Platinum Pilot is also protected by Intellashield– which inhibits the growth of mold and bacteria and mildew in and on the Pilot. It even works when it’s not plugged in! How cool is that?

And since it comes with a 5 pound hand held cleaning vacuum, it’s a total cleaning system. The hand held cleaning vacuum comes with a hypo allergenic filtration system and 8 attachments- including a shoulder strap, to get all your above the floor cleaning done.

The Oreck Platinum Pilot with 360 glide– and hand held vacuum retails for $599.95 and is worth every single penny. It even comes with a 10 year warranty. Having this vacuum, I would have paid at least $800 for it. It’s that good.

As you can tell, I’m a HUGE Oreck fan, and watched my grandmother for years cleaning with hers.ย  I know the quality of the vacuums and you won’t be disappointed. I am so proud to own one now and am completely loyal to the brand. This is one of those companies, that I am really proud/happy/honored to work with, especially since the Oreck systems are assembled in the USA!

And because Oreck is so amazing, they are giving one of my readers their very own Oreck Platinum Pilot with 360 glide Cleaning system. Did I mention it retails for $599.95? Or that it gets dried Playdoh out of carpet? Yeah. I know.

All you have to do (and I am going to be very strict about these- you don’t do it- I won’t approve your comment, and I will be verifying all entries before approval) is one or all of the following- but be sure to leave it in separate comments. Thank you, and good luck! The winner will be announced on Friday, June 18th at 10:00am.

(Dear FTC: I was given the Platinum Pilot Cleaning system in an exchange for review. But I already loved Oreck well before I even started blogging and would have sung their praises anyways. They’re that awesome.)
