March 8th-14th Menu Plan


Okay, so let’s try and get back on “the saddle again” and work towards having a full week of not eating out, shall we?

Even if it means eating peanut butter (which we’re out of) and jelly for dinner, I’m going to try my DARNDEST to not eat out.

So, here’s this week’s plan!

Monday, March 8th- Rosemary pork chops with potato wedges

Tuesday, March 9th- Stouffer’s Mac and cheese (this was a Savvyblogging coupon) and steamed veggies. I will not be enjoying this meal, as I will be at our Women’s Soup and Bread Supper at our church.

Wednesday, March 10th- Frozen pizza night! Again, this day is going to be crazy!

Thursday, March 11th- Oven baked chicken, green beans and au gratin potatoes.

Friday, March 12th- Fish. Of some sort. It’s a little too early to plan this one.

Saturday, March 13th- J’s mouth-watering Ribs (we’re having friends over, so they are providing the sides)

Sunday, March 14th- Leftovers. Or whatever we have in our pantry.
