On the first one on one date I had with my husband, we went to go see Ladder 49. Hubs was a firefighter at the time and I was raised by a firefighter dad. Amazingly after watching that movie, I still wanted to date him and spend the rest of my life with him.

For some reason a great movie moment I remember was seeing Titanic for the first time. We had to sit in the 2nd row and look up the whole time but I still loved it!

One of my favorite movie moments is the opening credits of Amelie where you see her playing as child and it’s so nostalgic.
I also love the scene in Steel Magnolias where Sally Field’s character gets really upset in the cemetery.

I saw “What About Bob” with my dad when it came out in the theatre. We had the best time, laughed our heads off, and I always think of that fun dad-daughter date when I see the movie on TV.

The first movie I remember seeing in the theaters was “Baby: Secret of the Lost Legend” when I was 7. It was about a dinosaur. I also have a vague recollection of seeing Peter Pan in the theaters much younger than that, but I don’t recall if it was re-released in the theater in the 80′s or not. It may have been just a dream.

And my favorite movie moments are the ones that don’t involve bribing my 2 year old with popcorn every 30 seconds to sit still.
