When you have a bad customer-service experience, how do you respond? Me, well, I write letters. I think it over before I send it. If I still feel the same way the next day- it goes in the mail.

    I guess I don’t tend to do anything. I have read on another blog about JCPenney and not so great service. Yikes!!
